Candidates as Active Users
The system is designed to allow both recruiters and candidates to log in and add CVs, making the application an active platform for sharing information.
This feature was designed specifically to allow easier addition of the CVs into one single indexed database and, at the same time, create the interface where all the active ads are displayed for all candidates. More
The login interface is always public, allowing candidates to log in at any moment and create / update their resume, or apply to your active ads. Now the candidates may finally come to you instead of you going to the candidates!
One-Click Printing (PDF & Word)
All CVs require, at a certain point, to be printed, this function being one of the aspects that links physically the application with your company's daily activity.
Our interface is able to export in these formats, using a template personalized to your company's identity. This means that we can create templates using your colors, logo and the specific page format you desire to render the print-ready documents you need. More
Thus, we have two major formats: Word (RTF - Rich Text Format) for editing the content using advanced text tools, and PDF for distributing it in a read-only format.
Candidates as Folders
The way the candidates' CVs are visualized represents a very important aspect when it comes to recruitment.
We took the approach of displaying all CVs as folders because every CV is not just a list of what a person has or has not, but a dynamic place where you can add / remove any types of attachments like Microsoft Word documents, PDF files or photos. More
Thousands of CVs, one way of looking at them: all CVs, whether as part of a search result, simple
listing or saved search display, will be displayed in the same fashion, always keeping the color
coding on.
Color coding: a CV may be tagged as being read, unread, rejected or standing by (the list may be modified) and automatically a color will be associated with the folder representing that resume, making it very easy to spot on tagged information. Last comment always available: when hovering with the mouse over a CV, the last comment made by an operator will always be displayed.
Desktop-Like Interface
We have changed the way a recruitment application should look and feel by using the web and bringing the desktop to it.
By using a smooth interface and controls familiar to any desktop operating system user, the interface was developed to be very intuitive for any and all new users.
Live Folders
We have noticed that finding the right candidate for a position sometimes means searching for the same criteria over and over again, as the database grows, until you find what you're looking for.
This is why we allow you to save the criteria that you are searching for, and whenever you will double-click the folder representing it, you will get an up-to-date result. Always. More
Saving a search: every search whether advanced or full text will be displayed in the same
layout, always showing on the right pane the option to save the search with any given name. A new
icon will be added to the profile.
Displaying a saved search: saving the results of a search will never be the right type of result an operator will want to see. When saving a search, you really save all the parameters you've been using when you've originally made it. This will make the search always be live. Let us take an example: say you need to find engineers having experience with Catia v5 software. All you need to do is to make the search once and save the search from the results page. A new icon will pop up on your desktop and will always show up to date results with the people corresponding to that exact search.
Add / Edit / Delete CVs
Probably one of the most important features, having a very user-friendly layout and graphics, available for all types of accounts.
The default configuration allows for three major steps for filling in each CV: General Information (Personal Data, Language Skills, Objectives and Computer Skills), Professional Experience and Education. More
There are mandatory, optional and hidden fields all grouped into a tidy interface.
The progress slider, represented by a crayon, will turn from gray shades to colour in as the mandatory fields are filled in. Easily accesible "Back" and "Forward" buttons guide you through the add CV wizard. Multiple items categories (like the Experience) are represented by tabs for a compact yet simple design. All these features enable a simple and intuitive process of adding all the information.
Candidates Mailing
Your operators have to get in touch with the people they're recruiting. One way is to use 3rd party mailing software but you would have no consistency, no central point for doing this and automatization is impossible.
We allow you to build templates and even personalize them through special fields like the first or last name of the receipient of the mail. More
There are two types of mail templates: builtin and custom made. The builtin mails are the ones used by our application automatically on certain events - create projects, applying to an ad, changing the state of a CV, notifications for updating your own cv (every 6 months), etc - and bring the application to life inside your environment.
Automatic personalization: because everytime a CV is added in the database we can determine the gender of the person, we can also send the appropiate mail template to the owner of the resume. This results in always sending a targeted mail to all the people in your mailing list. Usage of variables: in many occasions you may need to add your name or the receipients name in the mail. Our application allows you to integrate such fields thus further automating any and all mails. You may end up simply reviewing a mail and 10 seconds later submitting it. Your business may never be the same after using this function.
Ads as Projects
Working in a team means you've got to see and manage the CVs your team finds and selects for each recruiting phase.
Every project allows a manager to add its name, ad name and description, customer name and description. This information becomes a part of the ad and the people logging into the application as candidates and they'll be able to apply immediately. More

Multiple Languages Support
Resume was built from the start to support any language. We currently have two major versions running, the first in English (United States) and the second in Romanian and we have French and English (United Kingdom) translations under development.
